great stay but minor room issues
The harbor view from our high-floor room was stunning and created a serene atmosphere. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room immaculate throughout our 3-night stay.
The mattress was relatively firm, which may not suit everyone's preference.

The view from my room was stunning, with wall-to-wall windows that let in so much light. The hotel staff was really friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay more enjoyable. Housekeeping left sweet notes and snacks that felt personal. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the food was consistently delicious. However, I ran into some trouble with the valet service. it took a long time to get my car after checkout, which was frustrating. Also, I noticed some stains on the carpets in my room. Despite these issues, I found the beds to be amazing and incredibly comfortable. It really is a fantastic location that is close to downtown. I’d be open to coming back, but I hope the valet issue gets resolved.

The location near the waterfront is convenient, offering lovely views of the harbor. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, with attentive housekeeping delivering a comfortable stay. However, the hotel imposed several extra charges, with valet parking hitting $45 a day. even after a reduction, it felt steep. Breakfast was a letdown, with poor-quality items that didn’t meet expectations for the price. The pool being down was another disappointment, pushing us toward off-site options for a basic amenity.

Our family enjoyed visiting the nearby Sparkman Wharf, with its lively atmosphere and great dining options. The sunsets over the bay from our water view room were stunning, making for a perfect stay with the two couples we traveled with. Mia at the front desk was exceptional!
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be a great addition for families.

Tampa has some amazing spots, like Cry Baby Cafe—definitely a culinary gem worth hitting up! The bar at the hotel has a chill vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Really dug the comfy beds, too!
While the location was prime, the overall service just didn’t vibe with the Westin's rep. The noise from the party was unbearable, and I struggled with the room amenities.
